SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH, III, as the natural father,
legal guardian and next friend of WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a minor,
RITA BUSCH~ as the natural mother, legal guardian and next
friend of WENDY LYNN BUSCH, a minor, and SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH,
III, and RITA BUSCH~ individually, do hereby acknowledge full
payment of the Final Judgment entered in this cause; and do
hereby request and direct the Clerk of the above-entitled court
to cancel and satisfy of record said Final Judgment, and;
That SIDNEY TOWNSEND BUSCH~ III, and RITA BUSCH, acting
in the several capacities of natural parents. legal guardians
and next friends of the minor Plaintiff, WENDY LYNN BUSCH~ and
individually, do hereby, in consideration of the total sum of
$25,500.00 to them in hand paid in accordance with the require-
ments of said Final Judgment, release and forever discharge the
Defendants, CHRISTOPHER LEE RIGLER, a minor child~ RALPH ADAMS
and PATSY ELIZABETH ADAMS ~ his wife, and SilIrIIrIIT HOME INSURANCE
COMPANY, and all persons, firms or corporations in privity with
them, of and from the said Final Judgment and of and from all
manners of action. causes of action, and damages, past, present
and future, belonging to, or sustained by, the ~laintiffs in
