The Buyer agrees that time is of the essence of this contract;
and all covenants herein contained shall extend to and be obligatory
upon the successors, heirs~ personal representatives and assigns of
the Seller and 8uyer, respectively.
A late payment char e of 47. shall be added to each installment
remaining unpaid ten (10~ days after its due date, and a like sum
shall be added to each such installment remaining unpaid ten (10)
days after each succeeding payment date.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Seller and Buyer have caused this
agreement to be properly executed, the 23rd -day of December, 1980.
