FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this 8th day of December,
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
~vidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
-~f the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
erelation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
~and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
~roken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
~
QRDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
, l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CAROLYr
ANCHEZ and MIGUEL SANCHEZ be and the same is hereby dissolved,
nd the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
•~Erom the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them

~and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of ABRILLIA SANCHEZ born May 31,
1972; RAMONA SANCHEZ born October 18,1973; MIKE SANCHEZ born
ovember 6,1977; LOLO SANCHEZ born June 4,1974 and JAVIER
ANCHEZ~born November 5,1980 minor children of the parties
:~s hereby awarded to CAROLYN SANCHEZ with reasonable visita-
~tion rights reserved to MIGUEL SANCI~EZ.
: 3. SUPPORT: Based upon the Wife's testimony that the
usband earned approximately $8,000.00 in the calendar year
979, commencing the 12th day of December,1980 MIGUEL SANCHEZ
~hall pay to CAROLYN SANCHEZ the sum of $45.00 each and every
~reek for the support of the minor children named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
~nd by him remitted promptly to CAROLYN SANCHEZ. In addition
'~~-+N EDGAR SHERRARD ;there is hereby assessed the sum of $2 . 00 as statutory costs
