NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT
IN AND FOR SAINT LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
CASE NO. 79-167 FR
This matter came on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
to Reduce Arrearage to Judgment and the Court having reviewed
the evidence and being fully advised in the premises, it is
found that:
1. Husband is in arrears of $1,820.00 as of October
16, 1979.
2. The Court finding that by Clerk's Affidavit of
October 16, 1979 that the Husband is in arrears of $1,920.00.
3. The l~usband paid to the Wife $100.00 in April of
1979 to which the Court gives credit.
It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife has judgment against
the Husband in the amount of $1,820.00 for which sum let execution
issue.
DONE ANa ORDERED in Chambers in Saint Lucie County, Fort
Pierce, Florida this 5th day of September, 1984.
