and NOBLE W. COOK and JANET COOK, his wife, pai•ties of the second part whose

WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSYDERATIOIV to them in
hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged. has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being
in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:

to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the Public Records

Subject ta conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements

And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
