GUARDIAN'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE executed thia 26th day of December, 1980,
by and between SUN BANK OF SAINT LUC~ ~UI~T!'Y, Il~C. a Florida banking
corporation, Guardian of the Property of MARGARET BUNCH, Incompetent,
hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and JOHN A. MONK and FAYE H.
MONK, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, whose post office
address is 707 Beach Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450;
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida,
dated the 12th day of December, 1980, authorizing the sale of certain
real property of the Ward, and in consideration of the sum of Forty
Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($43,500.00), and other good
and valuable considerations, in hand paid, hereby grants, bargains,
sells,aliens, remisses, conveys,. releases and confirms to the Grantee,
their heirs and assigns, forever, the real property in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Lot S and the North 1/2 of Lot 8, and the East
five feet of the vacated alley, Block 15, OAK-
LAND PARK SUBDIVISION, designated as 707 Beach
Court, Fort Pierce, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
the real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same, to the Grantee, their heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
, AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Grantee, ~
his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary a:id about the
sale and this conveyance, the orders of the above-named Court and the
laws of the State of Florida, have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
