5• This agreement is binding upon the heirs and assigns of the pa~ties.
6. That the undersigned shall be bound to the Mortgagee to the same extent
and in the same manne~ as if the undersigned were Mc~rtgagor under said mortgage and
the makerof all promisssory notes secu~ed thereby.
1. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
facto~y and that the above-stated new interest rate payabte on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveya~ce of the afo~esaid mortgaged prope~ty to the Owner(s).
8, The Owner(s) hereby assumes, i~ addition to the mortgage obligatiun
referred to above, all of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the
mortgage obligation. which conditions are ~eferred to either as "Supplemental Agree-
ment" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Cove~ants" and assumes those conditions as fuily
as though the undersigned has executed said written agreeme~t.
