BEFORE ME, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared,
BYRON H. ANSON, who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and
says as follows:
1. That Affiant, BYRON H. ANSON and his wife, NELLIE M.
ANSON, did purchase the above-described real property situated
in St. Lucie County, Florida, in that certain Warranty Deed
recorded at Official Records Book 202, Page 2711 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Affiant, BYRON H. ANSON and his wife, NELLIE M.
ANSON, were married on the 28 day of November .
19~_, and remained continuously married from that date up to
and includinq the 15th day of January, 1973, which was the date of
death of NELLIE M. ANSON.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish-for
the record that BYRON H. ANSON and NELLIE M. ANSON, his wife,
were continously married until the date of NELLIE~M. ANSON's
death.
