Re: The East 1/2 of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Block 2,
RICERSIDE HARBOR SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 5, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared MARY EMMA GILBERT who upon first being duly sworn
did depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
WILLIAM HARRY GILBERT, a/k/a W. H. GILBERT, who departed
this life on June 23, 1980.
2. That she and the said William Harry Gilbert were
the grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance
executed by Samuel O. Shumaker and Louisa V, Shumaker, his
wife, dated February 1, 1960, recorded in Deed Book 255, page
147, public records of St. Lucie County, wherein the above
described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married to the said William Harry Gilbert and that
said marital relationship continued without interruption
until the death of the said William Harry Gilbert.
Further affiant sayeth not.
