parties located at 435 North 17th Street, Fort Pier~e, Florida 33450, further
described as real property located in St. Lucie Coi.alty, F2orida, which is:
Lot 1, A~11~6 SUBDIVISIqV, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 57 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
While occupying said residence, FREDDIE MAE PROGTOR shall make all
mortgage payments upan the house. At t~ie time of her death or at any time she
remarried or any time sne abandons the property or at the time any other person
moves into the prc~perty either with or without her cansent, at that time the
praperty shall be sold and the proceeds divided equally between the parties.
4. Each party shall bear his awn attorney fees and costs.
S. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained fram
interfering with, harassing or aruioying the other.
6. Jurisdiction of this cau~e, and the parties hereto is re-
tained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
