THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made ~his llth
day of December, 1980 by HERSERT P. COOK, as personal represen-
tative of the estate of Agnes J. Rehard, a/k/a Agnes Jane
Rehard, deceaseds and by HERHERT P. COOK and JAMES F. COOK,
individually, being the sole beneficiaries under the last will
and testament of Agnes J. Rehard, deceased; hereinafter called
the grantor, to C.EORGE W. GANT and LUCY ANN GANT, his wife, ~
whose postoffice address is 313 South 23rd Street, ~~
Fort Pierce, FL 33450 , hereinafter calYed the grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz: ~
Lot 31, Block "B", WEST END ADDITION, a subdivision
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and rights
of way of record; and subject to an outstanding first mortgage
from the grantee herein to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, dated December 5, 1980 ,
recorded in O.R. Book 344 , page 2158 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal
sum of $ 25,600.00 .
The individual grantors covenant with the grantee that the
within described property is not now, nor has it ever been,
the homestead of either of them; Herbert P. Cook being a
resident of Martin's Ferry, Ohio, and James F. Cook being a
resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made pursuant
to power of sale contained in the last will and testament af
Agnes J. Rehard, Deceased, which will is filed in and made
_part of St. Lucie County Circuit Court Case No. 80-0061-CP.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed
this deed the day and year first above written.
