AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE
and also
The north one-half of Section 15, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, less the north 660 feet and the south 1150 feet
thereof .
All the above situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
All the north half of Section 14, excepting the North 660
feet, and the South 1150 feet thereof, and all of Government
Lot 1, except the North 660 feet thereof, and all of Government
Lot 2, excepting the South 1150 feet thereof, of Section 15,-
all being in Township.34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions and rights-
of-way of record and ad valorem real property taxes for the
year 1981 and subsequent years.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
this day, OTTO G. KLEIN, who, after being duly sworn on oath,
deposes and says: ~
That he is in business in Wayne County, Michigan, having
office located at 16200 West Seven Mile Road, Detroit, Michigan
48235.
That he has known Stephen Collins, also known as Stephen J.
Collins, for 50 years. That he and his wife, Mary M. Collins,
were in business, as well as personal friends with your affiant.

That Mary M. Collins died on July 28, 1956, in Pompano
Beach, Florida, leaving surviving her, her widower, Stephen
Collins. That Mary M. Collins and Stephen J. Collins were married
on the 3rd day of January, 1923, in Bahner Pettis County, Missouri;
that they lived together as husband and wife continuously from
the date of their marriage until July 28, 1956, on which day Mary
M. Collins died. That your affiant saw Mary M. Collins and her
husband, Stephen Collins, many times during our business association.
