WARRANTY DEED ~L
OTTO G. KLEIN and EDNA M. KLEIN, husband and wife, each as
to their respective undivided interest in subject property and any
interest that they may own jointly by the entireties, and as
partners in the now dissolved partnership known as EAST WEST
GRAND RIVER COMPANY, the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLI~ARS, received from ANSTALT ALEPH, VADUZ,
a corporation organized under the Laws of Liechtenstein, the
Grantee, c/o Richard D. Sneed, Jr., Esquire, 700 Virginia Avenue,
Suite 104-Sun Bank Bldg., Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereby, on this
18thday of December A.D., 19 gp ,-conveys to the Grantee
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The north one-half

and also
The north one-half

the north 660 feet, the south 1150

All the above situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS:
All the north half of Section 14, excepting the North
660 feet, and the South 1150 feet thereof, and all of
Government Lot 1, except the North 660 feet thereof,
and all of Government Lot 2, excepting the South 1150
feet thereof, of Section 15, all being in Township 34
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions and
rights-of-way of record and ad valorem real property
taxes for the year 1981 and subsequent years.
Captioned property is wild land and Grantor covenants
that it does not live on subject property nor on property
contiguous therewith and that subject property does not
constitute Grantor's constitutional homestead.
and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that
lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property are
vested in the Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
