POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
That ESTHER S. RITCHIE has made, constituted and appointed.
and by these presents does make. constitute and appoint WESLEY
L. RITCHIE true and lawful attorney for her and in her place
and stead to do all things necessary and execute any and all
documents necessary for the purchase by the said WESLEY L.
RITCHIE and the said ESTHER S. RITCHIE of that certain vessel
known as the "Loli Kat", being an oil screw vessel of 29.34
gross tons and 19 net tons~ and having an overall length of
44 feet, from FRED *4. DEEB, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased, including but not limited to
the execution of the following documents:
1. A mortgage on the following described real property:
Lot 12, Block 13, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT TWO,
as per the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10 at page 56 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Said mortgage being given by WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTHER S.
RITCHIE to FRED M. DEEB, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased, dated December 23, 1980,
securing payment of a promissory note of the same date in the
principal amount of $35,000.00, together with interest thereon
aC the rate of 15% per annum payable in equal monthly install-
ments over a period of five years.
2. A promissory note from WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTHER
S. RITCHIE to FRED N. DEEB~ as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased, dated December 23, 1980, in
the principal amount of $35,000.00, together with interest
thereon at the rate of 15% per annum, said principal and interest
payable in 72 equal monthly installments of $832.65 each com-
mencing on the 23rd day of January, 1981, secured by the mortgage
described above. -
