3. A Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase by
WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTHER S. RITCHIE from FRED M. DEEB, as
Personal Representative of the Estate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased,
that certain vessel known as Che"Loli Kat". being an oil screw
vessel of 29.34 gross tons. 19 net tons. and having an overall
length of 44 feet.
4. A mortgage of vessel of that certain vessel known as
the'~oli Kat", being an oil screw vessel of 29.34 gross tons.
19 net tons, and having an overall length of 44 feet;
Giving and granting unto WESLEY L. RITCHIE, said attorney full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises as fully, to all intents and purposes, as
I might or could do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all
that WESLEY L. RITCHIE, said attorney shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue hereof.
