RATIFICATION
KNOW ALL *tEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That ESTHER S. RITCHIE does hereby ratify, confirm and
adopt as her own act~ the execution of the following documents
by her husband, WESLEY S. RITCHIE~ for and on behalf of her:
1. A mortgage on the following described real nroperty:
Lot 12, Block 13. LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT TWO,
as per the plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 10 at page 56 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Said mortgage being given by WESLEY L. RTPCHIE and ESTHER S.
RITCHIE to FRED M. DEEB, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased, dated December 23, 1980,
securing payment of a promissory note of the same date in the
principal amount of $35,000.00, together with interest thereon
at the rate of 15% per annum payable in equal monthly install-
ments over a period of five years. ~
2. A promissory note from WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTHER
S. RITCHIE to FRED P4. DEEB, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of FRED E. DEEB~ deceased, dated Decenber 23, 1980, in
the principal amount of $35,000.00, together with interest
payable in 72 equal monthly installments of $832.65 each com-
mencing on the 23rd day of January~ 1981, secured by the mortgage
described above.
3. A Purchase and Sale Agreement for the purchase by
WESLEY L. RITCHIE and ESTHER S. RITCHIE from FRED M. DEEB, as
Personal Representative of the Fstate of FRED E. DEEB, deceased,
that certain vessel known as the "Loli Kat", being an oil screw
vessel of 29.34 gross tons, 19 net tons, and having an overall
length of 44 feet.
4. A mortgage of vessel of that certain vessel known as
the "Loli Kat", being an oil screw vessel of 29.34 gross tons.
19 net tons, and having an overall len~th of 44 feet.
