to as the m~rtgagee, and their assigns, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sun of $132~500,00~ with interest

mortgage~ more particularly described as follows:

of the Public Recards of St. I~ucie Camty, Flarida.

mortgagor, his heirs and assigns forever, freeci, exanerated and discharged
of and fran the lien of said~mortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or enc~mbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the renaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefran, or any of the rights and ren~edies of the holder thereof.
