HomeMy WebLinkAbout2172ADDFNDUM TO MORTGAGE THIS ADDENDUM TO MORTGA~E dated the 18th day of December, 1980, between ROBERT D. BOTTERBUSCH, JR, and VIRGINIA L. BOTTERBUSCH, his wife (hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor) and WILLY M. ANDRESEN and EMMA ANDRESEN, his wife (hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee). 1. This mortgage is subject and subordinate to a certain mortgage in favor of Citizens Federal Savings & Loan AssociaCion - of St. Lucie County, given by Harris ConstrucCion Corporation, dated June 9, 1971, recorded June 11, 1971 in the original ~ principal amount of $30~000.00, at O.R. Book 193, page 382, Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida, and corrected by a Corrective Mortgage dated June 25, 1971, recorded June 28, 1971~ at O.R. Book 193, Page 1561~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and which mortgage constitutes a valid and subsisting first mortgage lien on the propertv mortgaged hereunder, and which mortgage has a current outstand- ing principal balance of $21,626.97. Such mortgage is hereinafter referr~d to as the "First ?~[ortgage". 2. Mortgagor agrees to comply with the following terms, covenants and conditions: A. Mortgagor shall comply with all of the terms and conditions of the First Mortgage, oCher than with respect to the payment of principal and interest due thereunder. B. In the event Mortgagor shall fail to so comply with all of the terms and provisions of the said First Mortgage, so as to result in a default thereunder (other than with respect to payments of principal and interest due thereunder) such failure on the part of *4ortgagor shall constituCe a defaulC under this mortgage and after fifteen (15) days written notice by Mortgagee to Mortgagor, t~:ortgagee, at its option. shall have the right to exercise any and all rights and remedies given to Mortgagee in the event of default hereunder. C.
