KNO~~ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THB CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida,
to wit: A 12 foot wide utility easement.
The South 12 feet of the West 535 feet of the following
described property.
F'rom the N. E. corner of the NW ~ of the NE % of Sect 34
TWP 35 S RGE 40 E, Run south along the %-~ Section line
825'. For the point of beginning; Thence continue South
148.5', Thence West parallel with the North line of
Section 660.58'; Thence on a deflection angle of 49°_17~
to the right run northwesterly 130.63' to a point that is
874.5' South of North line of N.E. %; Thence West parallel
with the North line of N.E. 4 513.7' to East R/W line of
State Road No. 5; Thence North along R/W linc 49.5';
Thence East to 4-% Section Line and point of beginning.

and to place such poles and attachments thereto across and o~
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
includinq the right to trira, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to con-
struct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement, that are over
19 feet in height.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The undersi ned grantors have hereunto
