rn written request. Al1 payments for releases shall be credit:ed t~o the next payment
due on the renaininq outstanding princigal balance. Nbrt,gagee shall prc~tly
e~oec,~ute partial releases of nnrtgage when funds for the releases have been paid and
the Nbrtgaqee has bee.n rec~aested t~o do s~ by Marbgagor. Failure to do so within
thirty (30) days of request shall entitle Morbgagor to a suspension of interest due
on the note until such time as said partial releases have been executed and delivered
