ASSIGNI~NT OF MORTGAGFS
KNO~W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the United States of America, Party of
the First Part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, lawful money of the United
States, to it in hand paid by FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI,
as Trustee, Miami, Florida, Party of the Second Part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
~whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the said Party of the Second Part those certain indentures
of mortgage more particularly described on Schedule A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, as to mortgages encumbering
properties in St. Lucie County, Florida, and Schedule B, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, as to mortgages encumbering
properties in Indian River County, Florida, the respective
mortgages reciting the nar.ies of the Grantor, the original
dates thereof, and where recorded (Official Record Book and
Page) in the public records of the respective counties.
TOGETHER tVITH the promissory note (s) or obliqation (s)
described in said mortgages and the monies due and to become
due thereon, including interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Party of the
Second Part and its successors and assigns, in accordance
with and pursuant to Loan Agreement between Housing and Finance
Authority off St. Lucie County, Florida, and Party of the
First Part, bearing date of December 1, 1980.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part has caused
these presents to be signed in its name by its Senior Vice-President,
and its corporate seal to be affixe.d, attested by its Senior Vice-
President, on this, the 30th day of December, 1980.
