KnoW all ~en by these presents, that we, Meyer Terebelo
and Sarah Terebelo, of 14140 Winchester, City of Oak Park,
County of Royal Oak, State of Michigan, do hereby make, constitute
and appoint Rochelle Spencer, of 7721 S.W. 127th Drive, City of
Miami, County of Dade, State of Florida, our true and lawful
attorney in fact for us and in our name, place and stead to
grant, bargain, sell, convey or contract for the sale and con-
veyance of the followfng described property owned by us:
The land situated in the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, and is described as follows:
The '~lest-half of the Northwest Quarter o£ the
Southeast Quarter of Section 3~, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, containing 20 acres,
more or less, EXCEPTING therefrom, however,
rights of way For public road and drainage
canals of the North St. Lucie River Drainage
District.
Said attorney in fact is authorized to grant, bargain,
convey, sell or to contract for the sale and conveyance of any
or all of the above-described propert;/ to any person for such
price or prices, and on such terms and conditions, as said attorney
in fact may deem proper, and in our name to make, execute, acknowledge
and deliver a goad and sufficient deed or deeds of~conveyance or
other instrument or instruments, r.ecessary to affect such sale,
conveyance or agreement.
1. We grant to said attorney in fact £ull power and
authority to perform all acts to be done on and
about the land as we could do if present.
2. We authorize said attorney in fact to request, demand,
sue for, collect, reco•rer and recei•~e all monies
which may becvme due and owir.g to us by reason of
such sale and conveyance, whether by deed, contract
or other instrument. _
