It is the responsibility of the party of the second part to maintain the amo~mt of the escraw sufficient to pay the ~ taxes and insurance. ~ Payments shall be due and payable on the 26tt~ day of each month camiencing Febr-uary 26, 1980, at Citizens Federal Savings & I~oan Associatian of Fort Pierce, Florida, to be deposited in account # A late charge in the airount of $5.00 will be due an any payment past due for a period of ten (10) days.
