ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
This cause came on this day to be heard upon the Motion for
Order to Show Cuase filed by Defendants TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. and
AMERICAN RESORT MANAGEMENT, INC. It appears from said Motion that HOME
SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION has failed to comply with this Court's Order .
of December 11,1980, which Order directed that HOME SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATIO:V
file an accounting with this Court and to serve copies of said accounting
on all parties fully accounting for those accounts it is holding of
TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. and AMERICAN RESORT MANAGEMENT, INC. Said
accounting was to show all deposits and disbursements from the account.
It is ORDERED that HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of FLORIDA
appear before ~this Court at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 7, 1981, then
and there to show cause why it should not be adjudged guilty of contempt
of this Court's Order of December 11, 1980 and punished for said contempt
by paying to the Receiver of TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. the sum of
$250,000.00, together.with atto~neys' fees and costs.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the Motion of TURTLE REEF
ASSOCIATES , INC. and AMERICAN RESORT MANAGEMENT, INC. be attached to this
Order and that both be served on HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of
FLORIDA at least five (5) days before the time.fixed herein for showing
cause.
DONE and ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
24th day of December, A.D., 1980.
