This cause coming on regularly to be heard, after
notice, upon the Motion To Vacate And Set Aside Default, filed
herein by the Defendant, JOSEPH SMITH, and the Court having
considered the pleadings, the evidence adduced before the Court,
the argument of counsel for the respectively parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That said motion be, and it is hereby, granted.
