WHEREAS, CLYDE CALDWELL and VIRGINIA SLUSHER, have been
appointed Joint-Guardians of the pro~~erty of LILLIE SUE CALDWELL,
.-a i:iinor, and have taken the prescribed oath, and perfarmea all
other acts necessary to qualify as such Joint-Guardians:
NOW, TtiEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the above entitled
Court, declare CLYDE CALDWELL anci VIRGINIA SLUSHER duly qualified
under the Laws of the State of Florida to act as the Joint-Guardians
of the property of LILLIE SUE CALDWELL, a minor, with full power to
administer the estate of said minor according to la~r, and to take
possession of and to hold, for the benefit of said minor, all the
property of said minor, and of the rents, income, issues, and
profits from it.
Further, no monies will be withdrawn from the depository
except by Order of this Court upon proper petition of the Joint-
Guardians.
