Deferidant, WINN-DIXIE STORES, INC.'s, Motion for Summary Judgment
and upon Plaintiff, LINDA SPINELLO's, ore Tenus Motion for Leave
to Amend Complaint; the Court having heard argument of counsel and
otherwise being advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for Summary
Judgment is denied, and
Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint is granted.
The Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date
of entry of this order to submit her amended Complaint.
