PATTCRSON and ECONOMY FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY, a foreign corporation, Defendants. / ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE Pre-trial Conference having been held, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED: (1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows: Ownership of the Defendant's vehicle, date, time and place of the accident, and insurance coverage were admitted by the Defendants. (2) EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evi.dence listed and presented at the Pre-trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without objection, except as hereinbelow reserved. PLAINTIFFS DESCRIPTION All Exhibits Objections reserved by the Defendants relevance and materiality. DEFENDANTS All Exhil~its Objections reserved by the Plaintiffs relevance and materiality. (3) OTHER PROVISIONS: Discovery will remain open up to five days before the trial. The Plaintiffs have three days from December 22, 1980, in which to file a Pre-trial Statement. The Pre-trial Statements may be amended up to five days prior to trial. Plaintiffs sliall have three preemptory challenges; the Defendants shall have three preemptory challenges.
