(5) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-trial
Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to
testify, except the parties themselves. Either party may call
any witness listed by any other party.
(6) JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions, each
charge on a separate sheet, shall be submitted to the Court at
the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional
jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the con-
clusion of the testimony.
(7) EXERCISE OF CHAI,LENGE. Outside the hearing of the
jury, in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
