AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF PIONEER GROVE, A CONI~OMINIUM
The Declaration of Condominium of Pioneer Grove, a
Condominium, dated December 26, 1979, recorded of even date
therewith under Clerk's File No. 470935 of the Public Recorda
of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby amended in the
following particulars:
1. Paragraph 1.2 entitled The Land is hereby amended by
deleting the last line of said paragraph beginning with the
word "which" and ending with the words "the land" and inserting
in their stead the following: "and that certain 9.671 acre
plus or minus tract more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 6, McNurlen Farm Subdivision, as per
plat thereof, on file in Plat Book 4, Page 56, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
property is hereafter called 'the land'."
2. EXHIBIT "A". Exhibit "A" of the said Declaration of~
Condominium (being the division of the LAND into separate units
in accordance with the survey map) is hereby amended so that
the said Exhibit-"A" shall be deemed to include Fxhibit "A-1"
attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, and any
and all references in the said Declaration of Condominium to
Exhibit "A" shall be deemed to include a composite F~chibit
comprised of the said Exhibit "A" and the attached Exhibit
"A-1" .
3. Exhibit "B". Exhibit "B" to the said Declaration of
Condoa~inium (being the legal description of the area of each
such condominium unit) is hereby amended so that the said
Exhibit "B" shall be deleted, and in its stead replaced by the
attached Exhibit "B-1" which is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and made a part hereof, and any and all references in
the said Declaration of Condominium to Exhibit "B" shall be
deemed to refer to the attached Exhibit "B-1".
4. Exhibit "D". Exhibit "D" to the said Declaration of
Condominium (setting forth the unit owners' percentage
ownership in the comnnon elements and common surplus) is hereby
amended so that the said Exhibit "D" shall be deleted, and in
