hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof
and any and all references to the said Declaration of
Condominium to ~chibit "D" shall be deemed to refer to the
attached Exhibit "D-1".
S. Exhibit "E". Exhibit "E" to the said Declaretion of
Condominium (being a list of the voting rights assigned to each
unit of the Condominiwn) is hereby amended so that the said
Exhibit "E" shall be deleted, and in its stead replaced by the
attached Exhibit "E-1" which is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and made a part hereof and any and all references to
the said Declaration of Condominium to Exhibit "E" shall be
deemed to refer to the attached Exhibit "E-1".
6. By executing this Amendment to Declaration of
Condominium of Pioneer Groves, a condominium, Milton H.
Hatfield, Trustee, record owner of Lot 2, Block 6, McNurlen ~
Farm Subdivision, as per plat thereof, on file in Plat Book 4,
Page 56, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereby submits the said land to condominium ownership aub3ect
to the restrictions, rights and limitations as set forth in the
Declaration of Condominium creating Pioneer Grove, a
condominium, dated December 26, 1979, and recorded-under
Clerk's File No. 470935 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The record owners of 100~ of the common elements and of
all o~ the units of Pioneer Grove, a condominium, by their
acceptance of deeds conveying to each such portions of the
9.671- acre tract referred to hereinabove, shall thereby be
deemed to have consented to and joined in this Amendment to the
said Declaration of Condominium as referred to above, effective
this L3 day of December, 1980.
