ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
W.R. SCOTT, as Trustee, the owner and holder of that certain mort-
gage executed by THOMAS E. HALL and EMMA S. HALL, his wife, to TURTLE
REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. , and dated August 25, 1979, and recorded in Offi-
dal Records Book 316, Page 2188, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable
considerations received from ASHTON UTILITIES INC ., a Florida corporation,
hereby on this ~ day of December, 1980, dces transfer and assign the
said mortgage and the note and debt described therein to ASHTON UTILITIES,
INC., a Florida corporation.
