ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That FIRST FEDERAL SAYINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the United States of Mierica, Party of the First Part, in
co~sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and other valuable
considerations, lawful money of the United States, to it in hand paid by
FLORIGA NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, as Trustee, Miami, Florida, Party of the
Second Part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, se11, assign, transfer and set over unto the said Party of the
Second Part those certain indentures of mortgage more particularly
described on Schedule A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, as to
mortgages encumbering properties in St. Lucie County, Florida, the
respective mortgages reciting the names of the Grantor, the original
dates thereof, and where recorded (Official Record Book and Page) in
the public records of St. Lucie County.
TOGETHER WITH the promissory note(s) or obligation(s) described
in said mortgages and the monies due and to become due thereon, including
interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Party of the Second
Part and its successors and assigns, in accordance with and pursuant to
Loan Agreement between Housing and Finance Authority of Indian River
County, Florida, and Party of the First Part, bearing date of
December l, 1980. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its Senior Yice-President, and its
corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its Senior Vice-President,
on this, the 31st day of December, 1980.
