Fort Pierce, Florida 33454 and who is quaiified under the laws of
the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representative because she is the surviving spouse of
decedent.
6. The nature and the approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are undetermined at
