Comes the underaigned attorney for the guardian,ALFRBD PAPPALARDO, in
the above captioned e8tate and petitioning the Court alleges:
1. That the petitioner tenders herewith Final pccounting based upon
diabursements from the Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Florida and ~irat Federal
Savings ~ Loan ABSOCiation of Ft. Pierce, Florida the total of which account for
all the funda handled and disbursed by the guardian.
2. That the petitioner tenders herewith the death certificate of the
guardian, ALFRBD PAPpAI~lRDO, who died on the 24th day of December, 1980 thereby
there is an i~ediate necessity to appoint a successor guardian.
3. That the only lving heir of the ward is AI,BffitT SASSSR, who residea
in Long Island, N. Y., and Who has requeated that a auccesaor be appointed.
4. That there is no person related by blood to the ward, known to
reside in the State of Florida.
S. At the requeat of the next of kin, ALB~tT SASSER, VIRGINIA D. SLUSHBR
has consented and agree to act ae auccesaor guardian and petitiona the Court for
appointment as guardian conaiatent therewith.
iJEIEREFORE, petitioner requesta that VIRGINIA D. SLUSHER of 1512 Indiana
Avenue, Fort Pierce,Florida be appointed as~guardian of F.[~~fA MARy CAVANAGH, incompet-
ent.
