I, LYMAN B. CURTIS, of St. Lucie County, Florida a

do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last ~
Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative
to pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and tuneral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise my oil painting
"The Old Red Brick Barn" located in my residence to my
sister, MARTHA E. PANAKOS, presently residing in Fqrt
Lauderdale, Florida.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise to my daughter,
MARTHA C. CURTIS, the balance of my personal effects,

jewelry, books, pictures, automobiles, household goo,ds, _

provisions, furn~ture, equipment, and tools. ~

CLAUSE IV: All of the rest, residue, and
remainder of my property, real and personal, I give and
devise as follows:
' ' A. Fifty percent (50$) thereof shall be dis- .
tributed outright to my daughter, MARTHA C. ~
CURTIS, provided she survives me, per stirpes. '
If my daughter does not survive me and leaves
no children surviving her, then this share shall
~ go instead to my sister, MARTHA E. PANAKOS,
~ per stirpes.
~ B. Fifty percent (50$) thereof shall be dis-
~ tributed to my Trustee hereinafter named for
~ the benefit of my daughter, MARTHA C. CURTIS,
~ and until my said daughter attains twenty-
~ five (25) years of age, the Trustee shall use .'
~ or apply for the benefit of my said daughter ~
~ so much of the income and principal of this ;
' trust as the Trustee deems necessary or advis-
~ able to provide for her care, support, main-
~ tenafnce and medical needs. When my said ~
~
g daughter attains twenty-five (25) years of
age, then this trust shall cease and terminate
~ ~ and the~then balance shall be distributed out-
right to my daughter, per stirpes, and if my
~
~ said daughter shall die before attaining
