LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LYMAN 8. CURTIS - Page Two
twenty-five (25) years of age without leaving
children surviving her, then the balance of
this trust shall be distributed outright to
my sister, MARTHA E. PANAK06, per stirpes.
CLAUSE V: I name and appoint my sister, MARTHA
E. PANAKOS, as personal representative of this Will and
as Trustee of the trust created hereunder, to serve
without bond in both of said capacities. In the event
she shall die, resign or be unable for any reason to act
or to continue acting as such, then I name and appoint
my daughter, MARTHA C. CURTIS, as such personal repre-
sentative and Trustee, to serve without bond, and in the
e•~ent she shall die, resign or be unable for any reason
to act or to continue acting as such, then I name and
appoint my nephew, WILLIAM G. PANAKOS, as such personal
representative and Trustee, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of
the rights, powers, duties~and responsibilities granted
under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
My Trustee shall have all of the rights, pawers,
duties and responsibilities granted to Trustees under
Chapters 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
- IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
