This cause came on before this Court upon the Petition
for Order Approving Settlement filed herein b_y the Plaintiffs, _
JOHN TIEDE*iANN and NORt~1A TIEDEMANN, individually ~ and as
parents and natural guardians of RICHARD TIEDEMAN~I~ a minor
child. The Court having considered said Petition and being
otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon.
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petition for Order Approving
Settlement be, and the same is hereby granted~ and the settle-
ment of all of the Plaintiffs' claims. in the total araount of
$50,000.00, be, and the same is hereb apnroved.
