~~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknor+ledges that this
f purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect

• ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in
- which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
,~.t~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re-
.~:-~ ferred to therein), the By-Laas of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
` the Rules and Aegulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
kR,~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporatlon,
By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrietions of the Property O~mers
~- Association; and Purchaser further ackno~ledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~ plan, and acknoriledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the or~mers therein.
: Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
~- ant and agree to abide by eaeh and every provision of said Declaration and
``` Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
"~; attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
:~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
" ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assucn~s the obligations as to the
_~ Property O~rner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser Confirms
that all ~rarranties, representations, and inducements~ if any, are as contained
~'~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~m and Exhibits attached thereto, and
~~-, the co~on expenses and the sums due under the Property OWner's Association and
- other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
a guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
