Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, iri the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (E12,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Seles Contracts recorded in Offieial Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Officit-1 Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documenLs recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between seid parties; and
~1'HEREAS, the said blortgage has requested the said Mortgegee to
release the premises and other property heeeinafter d~scribed, being a part of said
Nlortgage, and encumbered premises, from ttie liens ~nd operation of seid Mortgage
and other liens;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, KNO~~' YE, that the . said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and tt~e sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good
and ~~aluable considerations to it in han~ paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
