corner of Lot 9, Block 16 of MAGNOLIA PARR, as filed and
recorded in the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida,
run South alo~g the West line of said Block 16, 23.0 feet,
to the Point of eeginning; continue thence South along the
West line of said Block 16, 152.0 feet, to the Southwest
corner of Lot 10 of said Block 16; run thence East, along
South line of said vot 10, 158.50 feet, to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 14; run thence North, along the East line
of said Lot 10 and the projection thereof, 152.0 feet, to
