Being a portion of Lots 8 and 9, Block 2, Saint Lucie Gar-
dens, Sectio~ 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, of Plat
Book 1, page 35. St. Lucie County, Florida, being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Westerly line of said
Lot 8 and the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road #5,
thence southeasterly on an assumed bearing of S 45'00' 00" E
along said right-of-way line a distance of 360.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning; Thence with the prolongation of
the last mentio~ed course a distance of 150.00 feet; thence
S 72'37'20" W to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 8,
a distance of 236.46 feet; thence N 17' 22' 40" W along said
Westerly Line a distance of 45.56 feet; thence N 45'00'00" E
a distance of 188.38 feet to the Point of eeginning.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in elock 5 of NEBRASKA AVENUE
HEIGATS, according to map or plat thereof recorded in P3at
Book 14 on Page 41 of the Public Records of eillsborough
County, Florida, LESS that part o~ said Lots deeded to State
of F'lorida for road right-of-way for State Road 45 by In-
strument recorded in Official Record Book 3006 on Page 762,
and that part taken for right-of-way for State Road 45 in
Judgment recorded in Official Record Book 3175 on Page 933.
