Lessee shall have the right at any time during the
tena hereof to make additions to and alterations of the buildings,
structures and other improvements to the Premises and construct
upon the Premises additional buildings and other improvements
and make substitutions and replaceme~ts therefor, all as pro-
vided in paragraph 10 of the Lease. Lessor has the obligation
to convey to Lessee or its designee the Premises or a portion
thereof upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in
paragraphs 11(b), 14(aj and 14(b) of the Lease. Said paragraph
14(b) provides for such conveyance in return for a conveyance to
Lessor of an exchange property. Lessee may have the obligation to
make an irrevocable offer or offers to purchase the Premises or a
portion thereof upon the terms and subject to the conditions set
forth in paragraphs 11(b) and 14(a). Any such conveyance and
transfer to Lessee shall be free of the Mortgage (as defined in
the Lease) and all other charges, liens, security interests
and encumbrances resulting from acts of Lessor taken without
the consent of Lessee, and any such charges, liens, security
interests and encumbrances incurred without such consent
(other than any Mortgage) shall be null and void. Lessee has
the ob?igation to discontinue its use of the Premises after a
purchase or exchange pursuant to paragraphs 14(a) or 14(b),
all as provided in the Lease.
The name and address of the person who will provide
a full and complete copy of the document abstracted, without cost
upon request of any person, is Lessee, at its address set forth
