This Memorandum of Lease is subject to the Permitted
Bxceptions as described in Schedule A hereto.
Nothing contained in the Lease shall be construed
as constituting the consent or request of Lessor, express or
implied, to or for the performance by any contrac*_or, laborer,
materialman or vendor of any labor or services or the~furnishing
of any materials for any construction, alteration, addition,
repair or demolition of or to the Premises or any part thereof.
Notice is hereby given that Lessor will not be liable for any
labor, services or materials furnished to or to be furnished to
Lessee, or to anyone holding the Premises or any part thereof
through or under Lessee, and that no mechanic's or other liens
for any such labor, services or materials shall attach to or
affect the interest of Lessor in and to the Premises.
All of the terms, conditions, provisions and coven-
ants of the Lease are incorporated in this Memorandum of Lease by
reference as though written out at le~gth herein, and the Lease
and this Memorandum of Lease shall be deemed to constitute a single
instrument or document, provsded, however, that in the event of a
conflict between this Memorandum of Lease and the Lease, the terms
and conditions of the Lease shall govern.
The following is Schedule A referred to in this
Memorandum of Lease.
