HomeMy WebLinkAbout2531SCHEDULE A PART I Description PARCEL I- The Greenacres Property Lot 46 of the unrecorded plat of Suncrest Ridge Section 1, being the East 140 feet LESS the North 440 feet and LESS State Road 802 Right of waj, of Tract 75, Block 22, Palm Beach Farms Company Plat No. 3, according to the Plat there- of as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 47, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as•follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly right of way line of Lake Worth Road (S.R. 802) a 100 foot road right of way, with the East line of Tract 75 in Block 22 of said Palm Beach Farms Company Plat No. 3, thence Northerly along said East line a distance of 140.36 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of the fourthly described parcel of land described in the Deed to Sidney L. Gage, recorded in Official Records Book 1323, page 186; thence Westerly at right angles to said East tract line and along the Southern line of said Gage parcel a distance of i40 feet, more or less to the East line of Suncrest Road; thence Southerly. along the East line of Suncrest Road, parallel with the East line of said Tract 75 a distance of 153.92 feet, more or less, to the Northerly right of way line of said Lake Worth Road; thence Easterly along the curved Northerly right of way of said Lake Worth Road to the point of beginning; said lands situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County, Florida; excepting therefrom that part conveyed for road right of way of Lake Worth Road (S.R. 802) in Official Records Book 2514, page 701.
