ticularly described as follows:
Commen~ing at the intersection of the Westerly line of said
Lot 8 and the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road #5,
thence southeasterly on a~ assumed bearing of S 45'00' 00" E
along said right-of-way line a distance of 360.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning; Thence with the prolongation of ,
the last me~tioned course a distance o~ 150.00 feet; thence
S 72'37'20" W to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 8,
a distance of 236.46 feet; thence N 17'22'40" W along said
Westerly Line a distance of 45.56 feet; thence N 45'00'00" E
a distance of 188.38 feet to the Point of eeginning.

AEIGATS, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14 on Page 41 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, LESS that part of said Lots deeded to State
of Florida for road right-of-way for State Road 45 by In-
strument recorded in Official Record Book 3006 on Page 762,
and that part taken for right-of-way for State Road 45 in
Judgment recorded in Official Record Book 3175 on Page 933.
