LIEN AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FREDERICK BARNEY AMOS and RHONDA C. AMOS, his wife, who were
sworn and said:
1. They are the owners of the followinq described property:
The South 75 feet of Lot 6, and the South 75
feet of the West 1/2 of Lot 7, of Block 2,
WILBUWE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 6, page 24, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. There are no mechanics' liens against the premises and no
aims for labor, services or materials furnished for improving the
premises that remain unpaid to date, and no work has been done nor
materials furnished, bills for which remain unpaid.
3. The property is unencumbered by the lien of any judgment,
writ or attachment, income tax or intangible property tax made or
suffered by the affiants.
4. There are no violation of zoning ordinances affecting the
above-described property and affiants are in possession of the
property.
5. Affiants make this affidavit well knowing that it is being
relied upon, and that any false statement contained in it would
subject affiants to all penalties imposed by law.
This affidavit is made as an inducement for BERNARD ODELL AMO$ .
