This Deed is an absolute conveyance in satisfaction of that
certain mortgage dated November 15, 1977, recorded November
16, 1977, in O.R. Book 277, at page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and is not intended
to be an additional security.
Grantors covenant with Grantees that Grantors are lawfully
seized of the property in fee simple; that Grantor has good
right and lawful authority to sell and convey the property;
that Grantor warrants the title to the property for any acts
of Grantors and will defend it against the lawful claims
of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantors.
