THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Motion to Amend
filed by the Plaintiff and upon the Stipulation entered into by
ail counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff may amend his Complaint
by substituting therefor the Amended Complaint which was filed with
the Court along with the Motion to Amend.
