described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of Section 32, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, (the point being approximately 6.5 feet West
and 1.2 feet South of the Section corner by the State Road
Department), run South 02°46'06" West along the East section
line 240.23 feet to the centerline of Isola Bella Drive;
thence run North 69°40'S4" West 175.97 feet; thence run North
52°59'S4" West 196.55 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue North 52°59'S4" West 180 feet; thence run North
37°00'06" East 275 feet, more or less, to the centerline of
the Old Five Mile Creek; thence run Southeasterly along the
centerline of Old Five Mile Creek 198 feet, more or less, to
a point on a line that bears North 33°18'S6" East from the
Point of Beginning; thence run South 33°18'S6" West 265 feet,
more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to easement for Isola Bella Drive,~as recorded in
O.R. Book 221, Page 2499 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
